• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number
• Business Name, if applicable
• Connected WhatsApp Number, if applicable
• Meta Business ID or WhatsApp Business Account ID, if available

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days.

Data That May Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Account information
• Customer contact data
• WhatsApp integration data stored in AIBotWA
• Message logs where applicable
• Automation, chatbot, and campaign records associated with the account

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup retention.
