Users must comply with all applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, Commerce Policies, and applicable laws.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining customer consent.
  • Managing customer opt-ins.
  • Sending lawful communications.
  • Maintaining compliance with anti-spam regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Transmit malware or harmful code.
  • Violate privacy rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Use the platform for fraud or deceptive practices.
  • Violate Meta or WhatsApp policies.

6. Customer Data

Users retain ownership of customer data uploaded to AIBotWA.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions and legal rights to collect, store, process, and communicate with their customers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services; however, AIBotWA does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service providers, Meta platform changes, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, content, documentation, designs, and technology provided through AIBotWA remain the property of AIBotWA or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Violate Meta or WhatsApp policies.
  • Engage in abuse, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
  • Create security risks.
  • Misuse platform resources.

Termination may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBotWA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the preceding twelve months.

11. Third-Party Services

AIBotWA integrates with third-party services including Meta Platforms, WhatsApp Business Platform, hosting providers, payment providers, and analytics services.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party providers.
